The project
Urologische Praxis Biberach needed to grow its team. Instead of waiting on classic job postings, we went to where the right people already spend their time: a fully automated recruiting campaign on Meta.
Every ad leads to a landing page with a short set of questions about the role — so candidates apply in a couple of minutes, and the practice only sees applications that actually fit. We designed around 10 campaign pieces — video and graphic ads — and handled the whole process end to end: strategy, setup, campaign management and candidate flow.
The result: 4 new employees hired in less than 30 days.
